The firm’s attorneys analyze and evaluating various reports and appraisals relating to real estate valuation, acquisition, development, and environmental remediation costs. We regularly advise public entities on matters involving real property interests, including granting easements and licenses. The firm has represented the Wayne County Airport Authority on many real estate transactions including completion of FAA land releases and real estate transactions involving the Authority, the County of Wayne, the Detroit Edison DTE Electric Company, and the City of Romulus. We also served as outside counsel for the acquisition and condemnation of easements for the Airport’s force main deicing project. We have also represented Bishop Airport Authority and Capital Region Airport Authority and other county and municipal airport sponsors in land and avigation easement acquisition matters.
