Michelle C. Ruggirello
earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from
the University of Notre Dame in 2006 and her Juris Doctorate
from Notre Dame Law School in 2011. She practices in the
area of real estate law, specializing in condemnation as
well as education and labor law.
Prior to joining Monaghan P.C., Ms. Ruggirello was a
prosecutor for the Wayne County Prosecutorís Office for over
three years. She primarily practiced in the juvenile
division, but also assisted in both the civil forfeiture and
warrant divisions. She also worked as a judicial intern to
Judge Stephen J. Murphy III of the U.S. District Court for
the Eastern District of Michigan and as a clerk at the
Oakland County Law Library.
Ms. Ruggirello is an active participant in the State Bar of
Michiganís Committee for Character and Fitness.
